Children’s Privacy Notice

1. Operator
The operator of Player Development OS (“PlayerDev OS”) is contactable at hello@playerdevos.com. Website: playerdevos.com.
Your child’s academy is the controller of the roster. We process that data to provide the development software the academy chooses to use.
2. What data we may hold about a player
- Name, birth year, team, position, optional photo
- Coach evaluations, development goals, session notes / transcripts
- Generated development reports for the academy (and families when the academy shares them)
- Guardian email/name and consent status when required by age rules
We do not keep raw voice recordings in the MVP — only text transcripts from coach notes.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to help the academy track player development over time and produce clear reports — not to rank children publicly, not for advertising to kids, and not to train models on that data.
4. Parental / guardian consent (product rules)

| 13–15 | Blocking: guardian consent via confirm link. Club attestation alone is not enough to share reports. |
| 16+ | Audited club attestation (checkbox logged) is enough for the MVP. |
| No birth year | Treated as under 13 until completed. |
In all cases the academy also confirms it has a lawful basis / enrollment consent (audited). That club checkbox never means “use data to train models or for ads” — we simply do not do that.
5. Organizing notes
Coach text may be sent to a text-organization service (OpenAI) to order observations. Coaches must approve or reject. We do not use children’s data to train models.
6. Your choices
- Refuse or withdraw consent by contacting the academy and/or hello@playerdevos.com.
- Request review or deletion of your child’s data (we target ≤ 30 business days for verified requests).
